2. Scope of Agreement
These Terms apply to all bookings made through M-Town, including:
- School group trips
- Youth experiences
- Educational travel programs
- Private group bookings
By booking a trip, the participant (or legal guardian/school representative) agrees to these Terms.
3. Minors & School Responsibility
For participants under 18:
- Bookings must be made or approved by a parent, legal guardian, or authorised school representative.
- Schools and group leaders are responsible for ensuring participants follow instructions during the program.
- M-Town provides supervision during scheduled activities but is not responsible for unsupervised time unless explicitly stated in the program description.
4. Safety & Conduct
Participants must:
- Follow all safety instructions from M-Town staff and partners
- Respect group rules and local laws
- Avoid behaviour that puts themselves or others at risk
M-Town reserves the right to remove a participant from a program if their behaviour poses a safety risk or seriously disrupts the group. No refund will be issued in such cases.
5. Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received (unless otherwise agreed in writing with schools or partner organisations).
M-Town reserves the right to decline a booking if necessary.
6. Program Changes
M-Town may adjust itineraries due to:
- Weather conditions
- Safety considerations
- Partner availability
- Operational reasons
Any changes will always aim to maintain the overall quality and purpose of the experience.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law:
- M-Town is responsible for delivering the agreed services with reasonable care and professionalism.
- M-Town is not liable for indirect losses such as missed transport connections, personal expenses, or loss of belongings.
- Participation is at the participant’s own risk during free time unless otherwise stated.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
8. Third-Party Services
M-Town may work with third-party providers such as:
- Transport companies
- Accommodation providers
- Activity partners
M-Town is not responsible for third-party service failures outside its reasonable control.
9. Force Majeure
M-Town is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, extreme weather, or government restrictions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
Any disputes shall be handled by Swedish courts.
