1. Booking & Payment
Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received. Full payment is required no later than 14 days before departure. If payment is not received by the due date, M-Town AB reserves the right to cancel the booking.
Places are limited and allocated on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.
Once confirmed, M-Town immediately reserves:
- accommodation
- transport
- activities
- tickets
- staffing
These costs are often prepaid and non-refundable to M-Town.
2. Cancellation by Participant / School
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Because this is a pre-arranged group experience, most costs are committed in advance.
Therefore:
- Cancellations after confirmation are normally non-refundable.
3. School Group Adjustments
For school groups:
- Participants may be replaced before departure if notified in time
- Final participant lists must be confirmed by the school before travel
4. Replacement Participant
If a cancelled place can be filled by another paying participant:
- a partial refund may be considered
- administrative and non-recoverable costs will be deducted
5. Cancellation by M-Town
If M-Town cancels a trip:
- all payments are refunded in full
M-Town is not responsible for additional costs (e.g. travel arrangements booked independently).
6. Insurance
We strongly recommend that:
- all participants have travel insurance
- schools ensure appropriate group insurance coverage
- insurance covers illness, accidents, and cancellation
7. Force Majeure
M-Town is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control (see Terms & Conditions).
